We are part of the East Kent Healthy Schools Scheme and ask parents to support us as we implement this important initiative. Children may bring fruit, raw carrots or other healthy snacks to eat during morning break.





At lunchtime children may bring a packed lunch in a clearly named lunchbox.  Here's our top tips for a health lunch box:

Be creative!


A healthy lunch keeps active kids alert and focused and gives them the nutrition they need every day. But no matter how healthy your child’s lunch box is, it won’t provide any nutritional value if it doesn’t get eaten!


Choose from a variety of food types: fruit and vegetables, starchy food, protein and dairy.

Don't forget the WATER!
